I am a …. 

Writer, leader, public speaker, and podcaster who loves to encourage people.  

I grew up in eastern Pennsylvania and Florida. These days, Wyoming is home. I earned a bachelor’s degree from Asbury University and master’s degree from Asbury Theological Seminary.  I am ordained in the United Church of Christ. For more than 35 years I’ve had the privilege of leading churches and nonprofit organizations, staffs and volunteer teams helping them use their skills and strengths to serve others. I’ve been involved in my communities through Habitat for Humanity, Rotary International,  and Community Christian Counseling Center, West Palm Beach, FL.

I enjoy spending time with my wife, the love of my life, Maria. We share a love for traveling, concerts, sports and especially the Los Angeles Dodgers. I'm a voracious reader and a lifelong learner.
